小剂量糖皮质激素辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎有效性和安全性分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness and Safety of Low-dose Glucocorticoid in Adjuvant Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的小剂量糖皮质激素辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎有效性和安全性分析。方法纳入该院于2019年4月—2020年4月期间收治的94例支原体肺炎患儿展开研究分析,参考随机双盲法与47例单组区间条件将患儿分别归纳为对照组(院内接受阿奇霉素口服治疗)与观察组(院内基于对照组的治疗方案另行小剂量糖皮质激素辅助治疗),比对分析两组患儿治疗前后的炎症积分、临床疗效以及临床症状消失时间。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的炎症积分(0.40±0.15)分明显低于对照组(1.85±0.34)分,发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部鸣音等症状方面的消失时间(3.57±0.93)、(3.88±0.99)、(4.92±0.86)、(3.93±1.54)d均短于对照组(5.86±2.03)、(5.79±1.78)、(7.42±2.10)、(6.46±1.12)d,差异有统计学意义(t=26.750、7.031、6.429、7.553、9.109,P<0.05);观察组患儿93.62%的治疗有效率高于对照组患儿的76.60%,差异有统计学意(χ^(2)=5.371,P<0.05)。结论小儿支原体肺炎临床治疗期间辅以小剂量糖皮质激素,可有效缓解炎症反应,在短时间内解除患儿的临床症状,有利于患儿实现早期康复。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of low-dose glucocorticoids in adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods Included 94 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the hospital between April 2019 and April 2020 for research and analysis.The children were classified into the control group(in-hospital receiving azithromycin oral treatment)and observation group(in the hospital based on the control group's treatment plan with additional low-dose glucocorticoid adjuvant treatment)with reference to the random double-blind method and 47 single-group interval conditions,compared and analyzed the inflammation score,clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms disappearance time of the two groups of children before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the inflammation score of children in the observation group was(0.40±0.15)points significantly lower than that of the control group(1.85±0.34)points,and the disappearance time of symptoms such as fever,cough,dyspnea,and lung sounds(3.57±0.93)d(3.88±0.99)d,(4.92±0.86)d,(3.93±1.54)d were shorter than those of the control group(5.86±2.03)d,(5.79±1.78)d,(7.42±2.10)d,(6.46±1.12)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=26.750,7.031,6.429,7.553,9.109,P<0.05);93.62% of the children in the observation group had a higher treatment efficiency than 76.60% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.371,P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,supplemented with a small dose of glucocorticoids can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response,relieve the children's clinical symptoms in a short time,and help the children to achieve early recovery.
