更昔洛韦联合重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗小儿EB病毒感染的效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Ganciclovir Combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Injection in the Treatment of EB Virus Infection in Children

目的观察更昔洛韦联合重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗小儿EB病毒感染的效果。方法该院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的70例小儿EB病毒感染患儿通过双盲随机法分为对照组(35例:单一应用更昔洛韦)与实验组(35例:应用更昔洛韦联合重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗),比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果实验组患儿给药治疗1周后IgM、IgA以及IgG等免疫数值分别为(2.82±0.18)mg/L、(2.26±0.13)ng/mL、(15.24±1.21)ng/mL,均比对照组高,数据差异有统计学意义(t=28.027、23.408、13.372,P<0.05)。实验组治疗1周后总有效率(97.14%)比对照组高,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05)。实验组给药期间不良反应发生率(28.55%)比对照组高,数据差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.699,P>0.05)。结论小儿EB病毒感染患儿更昔洛韦联合重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗效果明显优于单一更昔洛韦治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of ganciclovir combined with recombinant human interferon α2b injection in the treatment of EB virus infection in children.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,70 children with Epstein-Barr virus infection in the hospital were randomly divided into a control group(35 cases:single application of ganciclovir)and an experimental group(35 cases:application more Cyclovir combined with recombinant human interferon α2b injection treatment),the treatment effect of the two groups of children was compared.Results The immunological values of IgM,IgA,and IgG in the experimental group were(2.82±0.18)mg/L,(2.26±0.13)ng/mL,and(15.24±1.21)ng/mL after 1 week of treatment,all of which were higher than those of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(t=28.027,23.408,13.372,P<0.05).The total effective rate(97.14%)of the experimental group after 1 week of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group during the administration period(28.55%)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference in the data was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.699,P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of ganciclovir combined with recombinant human interferon α2b injection in children with EB virus infection is significantly better than that of ganciclovir alone.
