支吊架用卷边槽钢轴压构件的稳定性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用有限元方法对支吊架用卷边槽钢轴压构件的弹塑性稳定性进行了研究,考虑了构件长细比、截面尺寸、初弯曲、残余应力等因素的影响。研究发现,在轴压作用下构件不会发生局部屈曲和畸变屈曲,只能发生整体失稳;截面高度对整体失稳形式有影响,但对稳定系数的影响较小,壁厚对整体稳定无影响;初弯曲对稳定系数有明显降低作用,且影响程度与构件的正则化长细比有关;残余应力也对稳定系数有降低作用,但影响不大。根据分析结果,提出了整体稳定系数的计算方法,可供设计人员参考。 The finite element method was used to study the elastic-plastic stability of lipped channel steel axial compression members for supports and hangers,taking into account the influence of such factors as slenderness ratio of the component,sectional dimension,initial bending and residual stress.The results show that the local buckling and distortion buckling will not occur in the components under the axial compression,and only the overall instability will occur;the section height has an effect on the overall instability mode,but has little effect on the stability coefficient,and the wall thickness has no effect on the overall stability;the initial bending reduce stability coefficient significantly,and the influence degree is depend on the normalized slenderness ratio of the components;the residual stress also reduces stability coefficient,but the effect is not significant.According to the analysis results,the calculation method for overall stability coefficient is presented,which can be used as reference for designers.
