硫酸锌溶液除钴工艺研究

摘要 B型药剂净化和锌粉置换除钴存在成本高、用量大、工序复杂且净化过程需引入活性炭的特点。实验采用ZZ型药剂净化除钴,得到以下结论:反应温度为65℃、使用量为8.0倍于钴的摩尔质量、反应时间为120 min;且采用ZZ型药剂除钴较B型药剂除钴,每吨锌可节约成本45.98元。 B type reagent purification and cobalt removal by zinc powder replacement has the following characteristics:high cost,large consumption,complex process,and the activated carbon need to be brought into the purification process.In the test,ZZ type reagent is adopted for cobalt removal and purification,and the flowing results can be obtained:when the reaction temperature is 65℃,the dosage is 8.0 times more than the molar mass of cobalt,the reaction time is 120 min,and the cost of each ton zinc can be saved about 45.98 Yuan with ZZ type reagent when it compared to B type reagent for cobalt purification.
