摘要
为了获得性价高的阳极钢爪保护环,基于清理下来的电解质进行阳极钢爪保护环制备。对比了不同粘接剂制备钢爪保护环的性能,确定出最佳配伍及工艺路线。研究指出采用经过处理的电解质与淀粉组合焙烧方案最优。并以此基础设计出阳极钢爪保护环的装置并开展保护环试制,经实验验证,所制备的保护环成本较低,孔隙率较小。
In order to obtain the protection ring of anode steel claw with high cost performance,the protection ring of anode steel claw was prepared by used electrolyte.The performance of protection ring of anode steel claw with different binding material is compared to confirm the best compatibility ratio and process route.The study points out that the optimal scheme is the combination roasting by treated electrolyte and starch.The device of protection ring of anode steel claw was designed based on the above mentioned study,and the trial-manufacture of the protection ring was developed,the prepared protection ring has low cost and small porosity through experimental verification.
