降低阳极毛耗的合理化建议

Reasonable Proposal on Reduction of Anode Gross Consumption

摘要 通过对预焙阳极对铝电解生产的重要性阐述,重点分析了阳极更换周期、更换顺序及相关注意事项,并结合实际生产状况,针对角部极残极偏厚和停产系列阳极库存偏高等问题,提出两项合理化建议,角部极降低20 mm使用和高度不一致的阳极周期无缝衔接使用,可明显降低吨铝阳极毛耗,取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。 The importance of pre-baked anode for aluminum electrolysis is stated,the replacement period,replacement sequence and the related notes is focused on;according to the actual production situation,the thick residual anode in corner,high serial anode inventories of suspend production and the other problems,two reasonable proposals were proposed,the anode in corner shall be reduced by 20 mm,it can be used seamlessly with the different height anodes,the anode gross consumption can be decreased obviously,therefore it is obtained the significant economic and social benefits.
