摘要
某公司以400 kA电解槽为研究主体,引进了丹麦高性能内衬保温材料开发出新型电解槽内衬保温技术,解决电解槽电场、流场稳定性差、波动大等工程技术问题,丹麦高性能内衬保温材料电解槽实现阳极电流分布值1.43 mV、阴极电流分布值为8.345 kA,与国产保温材料电解槽相比均降低;原铝液交流电耗降低163.84 kWh/t·Al,铝液平均流速为14.82 cm/s,关键技术指标均有突破。
The 400 kA electrolytic cell is taken as the study object by one Company,the high performance lining thermal insulation material is imported from Danmark,which is used for development of new thermal insulation technology of lining of electrolytic cell,so that the engineering and technical problems,such as poor stability of electric field,bad stability of flow field of electrolytic cell;the electrolytic cell with Danmark high performance lining thermal insulation material,the anode current distribution value is 1.43 mV,the cathode current distribution value is 8.345 kA,which are all reduced when comparing the electrolytic cell with the domestic thermal insulation material;AC power consumption of the original molten aluminum decreased by 163.84 kWh/t·Al,the average flow velocity of molten aluminum is 14.82 cm/s,breakthroughs have been made in key technical indicators.
