摘要
介绍了刚果(金)年处理400 kt铜精矿冶炼工程的设计及初步运行情况。本项目在充分考虑刚果(金)铜精矿原料特点的基础上,选择侧吹熔炼+多喷枪顶吹吹炼工艺,结合该厂公辅条件特点,通过增加风/油喷枪进行了相应的创新优化。该优化方案能在该厂因电力短缺需长时间停风时,有效避免炉内熔体结冻。
This paper introduces the design and preliminary operation of 400kt/a copper concentrate blister copper smelting project in Congo(DRC).On the basis of fully considering the raw materials characteristics of copper concentrate in Congo(DRC),this project selects the process of side-blown smelting and multi-lance top-blown converting.According to the characteristics of utilities conditions of the smelter,the innovative optimization of adding air/oil lance is carried out correspondingly.The optimization scheme can effectively avoid melts freezing in the furnace when blowing-out is needed for a long time due to power shortage.
