摘要
结合国内某铜冶炼厂原传统圆盘浇铸机阳极板输出系统存在的问题,自主研发了一种利用机器人输出极板的的新型圆盘浇铸机。介绍了该设备方案的总体配置、结构特点,以及采用机器人输出所进行的各项改进措施。目前,该方案已成功成功应用于生产实际。实践证明,该设备智能化高、稳定性强、故障率低,大小极板可轻易切换,阳极板的冷却效果好、变形小,提高了产品竞争力。
Anew type of casting wheel using robot for anode plate output is independently developed in combination with the existing problems of the anode plate output system of the original traditional casting wheel in a domestic copper smelter.This paper introduces the overall configuration and structural characteristics of the equipment plan,as well as various improvement measures by using robot output.At present,the plan has been successfully applied to the actual production.Practice has proved that the equipment has high intelligence,strong stability,low failure rate,easy switching between large and small plates,good cooling effect and small deformation of anode plate,which can improve the competitiveness of products.
