Design of PLC Control System for Flash Furnace Dust C Bag System

通过分析C烟尘布袋系统的电气控制电路的工作原理,制定了C烟尘布袋系统的PLC控制系统设计方案,完成了PLC控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计,包括PLC选型、I/O端口分配、PLC外部接线图绘制、PLC程序设计等。PLC控制系统不仅实现了布袋系统原有的基本功能,克服了控制盘柜原先体积大、不灵活、不易操作的缺点,使布袋控制系统简单化,易于检查,方便维修,提高了工作效率。

By analyzing the working principle of the electrical control circuit of dust C bag system,the PLC control system design plan of dust C bag system is developed.The hardware design and software design of PLC control system are completed,including PLC selection,I/O port distribution,PLC external wiring diagram plotting,PLC programming,etc.The PLC control system not only realizes the original basic functions of the bag system,but also overcomes the shortcomings of the control panel/cabinet,such as large volume,inflexibility and difficult operation.It greatly simplifies the bag control system,has the advantages of easy inspection and maintenance,saves a lot of relay elements and improves the work efficiency of the bag system.
