摘要
云母是混凝土细骨料中的有害成分,云母含量是细骨料必检项目。现行国家或行业规范中对云母含量的检测试验方法费时、费力且结果人为影响大。以数码照相技术和数字技术为工具,利用云母与细骨料间的物性差异,建立细骨料中云母含量与数码照片所占内存空间值间的一一对应关系;利用该一一对应关系可快速、高效地对细骨料中云母含量定量检测。新方法适用于料源稳定的细骨料生产或施工企业对其云母含量快速定量检测。
Mica is a harmful component in fine aggregate of concrete,and the content of mica is a required detection item of fine aggregate.The detection method of mica content in current national or industry codes is time-consuming,laborious,and artificially influential.Using digital photography and digital technology as tools,and using the physical property differences between mica and fine aggregate,this paper established the one-to-one correspondence between the content of mica in fine aggregate and the memory space value occupied by digital photos.With this one-to-one correspondence,the mica content in fine aggregate could be detected rapidly and effectively.The new method is suitable for the rapid detection of mica content in fine aggregate production or construction enterprises with stable material source.
