聚合物改性混凝土摊铺成型工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 从实测工作性、反光性及出搅拌锅后团聚性3个方面对新拌聚合物改性混凝土工作性评价方法进行了探究,便于在实际施工中对新拌试样工作性进行快速综合评价。对3种典型状态下新拌试样在室内成型方式研究的基础上,依托实体工程提出3种摊铺成型工艺并进行了综合研究。结果表明:对水灰比为0.29试样室内宜采用振动压实仪成型,但作为桥面铺装材料时,现场不宜采用碾压成型;对于水灰比为0.35、0.47试样室内可采用振动台振动成型;对水灰比为0.35试样,施工现场一次摊铺成型工艺明显优于一次摊铺成型+水平振动碾压(辅助),且具有良好的综合路用性能。 The workability of fresh polymer modified concrete was studied from the three aspects of workability,reflectivity and cohesiveness.It is convenient to evaluate the workability of fresh-mixed sample in actual construction.Based on the study of indoor forming method,three spreading forming processes were put forward and studied comprehensively for three kinds of fresh samples under typical conditions.The results showed that when the water cement ratio was 0.29,vibration compaction instrument should be used in the laboratory,but as a bridge deck pavement material,rolling forming should not be used in the site construction.The vibration forming of shaking table could be used in the laboratory,when the water cement ratio was 0.35 and 0.47.When the water cement ratio was 0.35,the technology of one-stage spreading molding was better than one-stage spreading molding and horizontal vibration rolling(auxiliary),and the integrated road performance was better.
