摘要
选用异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)为大单体,与丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)、丙烯酸羟已酯(HEA)等原料进行聚合反应,设计合成了一系列具有抗泥性能的减水剂。砂浆和混凝土试验表明,性能较好的配合比为:n(AA)∶n(TPEG1200)∶n(DADMAC)∶n(HEA)=4.2∶1∶0.2∶0.15,该抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂具有较好的抗泥性和保坍性。
Use prenyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG)as the macromonomer,together with acrylic acid(AA),sodium methacrylic acid sulfonate(SMAS),methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC),Dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride(DADMAC),hydroxyhexyl acrylate(HEA)and other raw materials for polymerization,designed and synthesized a series of water re-ducing agents with mud resistance,of which the better performance of the mixing ratio is n(AA)∶n(TPEG1200)∶n(DADMAC)∶n(HEA)=4.2∶1∶0.2∶0.15.Tests show that the anti-mud type polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent has good anti-mud and slump retention properties.
