摘要
针对砂石骨料含泥量对聚羧酸减水剂的影响,采用醚型不饱和磷酸单体(UPM)、丙烯酸和聚醚大单体HPEG为原料,通过水相自由基聚合方法合成了3种含有不同量磷酸基团的改性PCEs。净浆和混凝土试验结果表明,磷酸基团改性PCEs具有较好的黏土耐受性;吸附量测试和Zeta电位测试结果表明,磷酸基团改性PCEs能优先吸附到水泥颗粒表面并能有效降低水泥颗粒的Zeta电位,阻碍PCEs在水泥颗粒上的进一步吸附,从而改善PCEs的黏土耐受性。
To overcome the influence of clay content in aggregate on the performance of PCEs,using UPM,acrylic acid(AA)and polyether as raw materials,3 kinds of PCEs containing different dosage of phosphate groups were synthesized.Cement pastes and fresh concrete tests indicated PCEs modified by phosphate groups exhibited better clay tolerance.TOC and Zeta potential tests showed PCEs containing phosphate groups had stronger adsorption capacity on cement particles and lower zeta potential,which was useful to prevent further adsorption of PCEs on cement particles and improve the clay tolerance of PCEs.
