复合阻锈剂的研发及其对混凝土性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用硬化砂浆法作为评价方法,研发出一种以有机醇胺和无机盐为主要成分的复合型阻锈剂,通过盐水浸烘试验,对比研究了该复合阻锈剂与亚硝酸钙阻锈剂在钢筋混凝土中的阻锈效果,同时研究了其对混凝土工作性能、力学性能及抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,复合阻锈剂可以对钢筋起到积极的保护作用,阻锈效果与亚硝酸钙类阻锈剂相当;对混凝土的工作性能有一定程度的改善,且能提高混凝土的力学性能和抗氯离子渗透性能。 Using hardened mortar method,a compound rust inhibitor with organic amolamine and inorganic salt as its main component was compounded.The rust resistance effect of the compound rust inhibitor and calcium nitrite rust inhibitor in reinforced concrete was studied by the salt water immersion drying test,and its effect on concrete working performance,mechanical properties and anti-chlorine ion penetration was studied.The results show that the compound rust inhibitor can play a positive protective role in the protection of steel bars,and the rust resistance effect is equivalent to calcium nitrite rust inhibitor.On the other hand,it can improve the working performance,mechanical performance and anti-chlorine ion penetration of concrete.
