摘要
影响混凝土结构耐久性的因素很多,但裂缝是最关键的因素之一。通过优化原材料质量指标,控制半成品的粉磨工艺,制得P·O42.5级高抗裂优化水泥。之后通过水泥混凝土拌和物制备、施工过程控制以及现场管理等一体化裂缝控制技术,达到了控制混凝土裂缝产生的目的。在北京大兴国际机场建设中的应用实践表明了P·O42.5级高抗裂优化水泥对混凝土结构裂缝控制的有效性。
There are many factors affecting the durability of modern concrete structures,but crack is one of the most important ones.P·O42.5 grade high crack resistance silicate optimized cement was prepared by optimizing the quality index of raw material and control the grinding technique of half-finished products.Then through cement concrete mixture preparation,construction process control,as well as site management and other integrated crack control technology to achieve the purpose of controlling concrete crack occurrence.The application practice in Beijing Daxing Airport shows that P·O42.5 high crack resistance silicate optimized cement is effective for crack control of concrete structure.
