摘要
以正在实施煤改清洁能源的北京农村地区住宅建筑为研究对象,利用DeST-h软件,建立了该地区典型住宅能耗计算模型。模拟了不同气密等级门窗对建筑供热空调能耗的影响,并通过分析不同气密等级门窗的初投资与节能量,得出在节能效益与经济性上适用于华北地区农村住宅节能改造的气密等级围护结构。
Taking a rural residence of Beijing which is undergoing"coal to clean energy"reforming as the research object,a typical residence energy consumption simulation model is established by using DeST-h.The influence of door-windows air-tight grade on heating and air-conditioning energy consumption of the building is simulated.The initial investment and energy saving of different air-tight grade door-windows are analyzed,and the air-tight grade enclosure suitable for energy-saving and economic construction of rural residence in north China is obtained.
