胸腺肽辅助治疗对糖尿病合并肺结核患者治疗效果及血清中免疫细胞水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的评估胸腺肽辅助治疗在糖尿病并肺结核中的运用价值。方法将该院2017年10月—2019年7月收治的85例糖尿病并肺结核患者随机分成对照组、观察组,予以常规治疗、常规治疗+胸腺肽辅助治疗。分析有效率及临床指标等结果。结果观察组总有效率97.67%,高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.634,P=0.040);观察组治疗后CD4+(49.70±12.84)%(t=2.270,P=0.030)、Treg(1.62±0.58)(t=2.820,P=0.010)以及Th17细胞水平(3.22±0.95)(t=2.360,P=0.020)均优于对照组;观察组症状缓解时间(7.12±1.49)d(t=5.940,P=0.010)、生活质量(62.05±5.83)d(t=3.630,P=0.010)均优于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率2.33%,低于对照组4.76%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.420,P=0.850)。结论胸腺肽辅助治疗糖尿病并肺结核,效果显著,可改善患者的血清免疫细胞水平,并为其生活质量的优化奠定基础。 Objective To evaluate the application value of thymosin adjuvant therapy in diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The 85 patients with diabetes and tuberculosis admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and received conventional treatment,conventional treatment+thymosin adjuvant treatment.Analyze results such as effective rate and clinical indicators.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.720,P=0.040);after treatment in the observation group,CD4+(49.70±12.84)%(t=2.270,P=0.030),Treg(1.62±0.58)(t=2.820,P=0.010)and Th17 cell level(3.22±0.95)(t=2.360,P=0.020)were better than the control group;the observation group symptom relief time(7.12±1.49)d(t=5.940,P=0.010),quality of life(62.05±5.83)d(t=3.630,P=0.010)were better than those of the control group;The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 4.76%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.420,P=0.850).Conclusion Thymosin adjuvant treatment of diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis has a significant effect.It can improve the patient's serum immune cell level and lay the foundation for the optimization of its quality of life.
