糖化血红蛋白联合血清C肽检验在糖尿病诊断中的应用价值分析

The Application Value Analysis of Glycosylated Hemoglobin Combined with Serum C-peptide Test in the Diagnosis of Diabetes

目的探究糖尿病患者经糖化血红蛋白联合血清C肽检验的临床诊断价值。方法该文将该院在2016年1月—2020年10月收治的50例糖尿病患者与50名健康体检者分别设为观察组与对照组,两组患者均接受糖化血红蛋白联合血清C肽检验,对比患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血清C肽指标差异。结果患者经检测,观察组空腹血糖(10.21±0.29)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(16.04±1.26)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(9.67±1.12)%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=81.384、38.981、21.489,P<0.05)。观察组血清C肽(0.76±0.15)μg/L,低于对照组的(1.39±0.18)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=19.013,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病经糖化血红蛋白联合血清C肽检测,不仅给患者提供了准确的诊断,还可根据检测结果,为患者制定良好的诊治方案。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of glycosylated hemoglobin combined with serum C-peptide test in diabetic patients.Methods In this paper,50 diabetic patients and 50 healthy subjects received in the hospital from January 2016 to October 2020 were set as observation group and control group,respectively.Both groups of patients received glycosylated hemoglobin combined with serum C peptide test,and compared differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and serum C-peptide indexes.Results After testing,the observation group showed that fasting blood glucose(10.21±0.29)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(16.04±1.26)mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin(9.67±1.12)% were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=81.384,38.981,21.489,P<0.05).Serum C peptide(0.76±0.15)μg/L in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(1.39±0.18)μg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.013,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of glycosylated hemoglobin combined with serum C-peptide detection of diabetes not only provides accurate diagnosis for patients,but also develops a good diagnosis and treatment plan for patients based on the test results.
