血清及尿液特定蛋白指标联合诊断糖尿病肾病的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Combined Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy with Specific Protein Indexes in Serum and Urine

目的探讨血清及尿液特定蛋白指标联合诊断糖尿病肾病的临床价值。方法于2018年3月—2020年2月期间医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者中选择50例(研究组),选择同时期该院收治的单纯糖尿病人员50例(对照组),分别对两组患者进行血清及尿液特定蛋白指标(血清β_(2)-微球蛋白、尿微量清蛋白、尿α_(1)-微球蛋白、尿β_(2)-微球蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮)进行诊断,比较两组诊断结果与各微量蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐异常率。结果对照组血清β_(2)-微球蛋白、尿微量清蛋白、尿α_(1)-微球蛋白、尿β_(2)-微球蛋白指标值均显著小于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血清β_(2)-微球蛋白、尿微量清蛋白、尿α1-微球蛋白、尿β_(2)-微球蛋白、尿素氮肌酐、异常率[76.00%、80.00%、88.00%、90.00%、22.00%、20.00%]均显著高于观察组[50.00%、56.00%、58.00%、58.00%、4.00%、2.00%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清及尿液特定蛋白指标联合诊断糖尿病肾病的临床价值显著。

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy with specific protein indicators in serum and urine.Methods From March 2018 to February 2020,50 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital(research group)were selected,and 50 patients with simple diabetes admitted to the hospital during the same period(control group)were selected.Serum and urine specific protein indicators(serum β_(2)-microglobulin,urine microalbumin,urine α_(1)-microglobulin,urine β_(2)-microglobulin,creatinine,urea nitrogen)were used for diagnosis,and the diagnosis results and each trace abnormal rate of protein,urea nitrogen and creatinine of the two groups were compared.Results The index values of serum β_(2)-microglobulin,urine microalbumin,urine α_(1)-microglobulin,and urine β_(2)-microglobulin in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);serum β_(2)-microglobulin,urine microalbumin,urine α_(1)-microglobulin,urineβ_(2)-microglobulin,urea nitrogen abnormal rate creatinine in the study group[76.00%,80.00%,88.00%,90.00%,22.00%]and(20.00%)were significantly higher than the control group[50.00%,56.00%,58.00%,58.00%,4.00%,2.00%],with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of serum and urine specific protein indicators has significant clinical value in diagnosing diabetic nephropathy.
