个性化护理模式对小儿糖尿病合并肺炎的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Individualized Nursing Model on Children with Diabetes and Pneumonia

目的分析个性化护理模式应用于小儿糖尿病合并肺炎患儿中的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年12月该院收治的小儿糖尿病合并肺炎患儿76例,遵循随机原则将其分为对照组、研究组,分别施以常规护理、个性化护理,比较两组小儿糖尿病合并肺炎患儿的护理效果、依从性及患儿家属满意度。结果研究组患儿护理总有效率97.74%显著高于对照组78.95%,治疗依从优良率97.37%显著高于对照组81.58%,患儿家属护理总满意率97.37%显著高于对照组84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展个性化护理干预能有效改善小儿糖尿病合并肺炎患儿的依从性、护理效果,并提升患儿家属的满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of personalized nursing mode applied to children with diabetes and pneumonia.Methods A total of 76 children with diabetes and pneumonia admitted to the hospital were selected,and the patients were enrolled from June 2018 to December 2019.Following the principle of randomization,they were divided into a control group and a study group,and routine nursing and personalized nursing were given respectively.The nursing effect,compliance and satisfaction of the children's family members were compared between the two groups of pediatric patients with diabetes and pneumonia.Results The total effective rate of nursing care for children in the study group was 97.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.95%.The excellent and good treatment compliance rate was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 81.58%.The total satisfaction rate of children’s family care was 97.37% significantly higher than that of the control group 84.21%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out personalized nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance and nursing effect of children with diabetes complicated with pneumonia,and improve the satisfaction of the children's family members.
