基于分光光度法的化验科生化分析仪光学检测系统

摘要 为了进一步提高化验科生化分析仪器的精确性、智能性和多参数性,提出了一种基于分光光度法的光学检测系统,通过多进一出耦合光纤对一定光谱范围内不同波长的多种入射单色光进行分光,并依次检测各参数指标;以固定部件的形式控制系统测量误差,保证了测量结果的准确性和一致性。实验结果表明,所提出的光学检测系统满足多光学参数测量要求,能够在生化分析仪小型化、自动化发展的研究中发挥重要作用。 In order to further improve the accuracy,intelligence and multi parameter of biochemical analysis instruments in the laboratory,an optical detection system based on spectrophotometry is proposed.The multi input and one output coupling optical fiber is used to separate various incident monochromatic light with different wavelengths in a certain spectral range,and detect each parameter index in turn;the measurement error of the system is controlled in the form of fixed components,The accuracy and consistency of measurement results are ensured.The experimental results show that the proposed optical detection system can meet the requirements of multi optical parameter measurement,and can play an important role in the development of miniaturization and automation of biochemical analyzer.
