组合式医用手术废料收集装置的设计和应用

Design and application of a combined medical surgical waste collection device

目的:研制一种废料收集装置,以便于介入手术中医用耗材的收集,提高工作效率,减少环境污染。方法:随机对140名相关工作人员进行满意度调查和使用情况调查。将2019年11月1组使用普通手术废料收集装置,2组使用组合式医用手术废料收集装置,了解2组护士收台使用时间、工勤人员清理使用时间进行比较。结果:在满意度、使用方便度及工作效率方面在2组不同的收集装置方面比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:组合式医用手术废料收集装置与锐器盒集于一体可以实现术中耗材的有效管理,实现术后耗材的快速清理和处置,该装置的运用有助于提高介入手术室工作效率,减少医用废物污染。该装置已获得国家知识产权实用新型专利授权(专利号:ZL201720489299.0)。

Objective:To develop a waste collection device,so as to facilitate the collection of medical consumables in interventional surgery,improve work efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.Methods:140 related staff were randomly investigated for their satisfaction and usage.In November,2019,one group used the common surgical waste collection device and two groups used the combined medical surgical waste collection device,and compared the use time of nurses and workers in the two groups.Results:Satisfaction,ease of use and work efficiency were statistically significant in two groups of different collection devices(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of medical surgical waste collection device and sharps box can realize the effective management of intraoperative consumables and the rapid cleaning and disposal of postoperative consumables.The application of this device is helpful to improve the working efficiency of interventional operating room and reduce the pollution of medical wastes.The device has been authorized by the national intellectual property utility model patent(patent number:ZL201720489299.0).
