在测量“尖峰”信号时如何选用数字存储示波器

摘要 本文解释和阐述了尖峰信号及其危害,以及在测量尖峰信号时选用数字存储示波器的类型和重要指标。再用对比实验验证了准确测量尖峰信号的数字存储示波器的基本要求,给出了测试步骤和方法。实验表明,准确测量尖峰信号,对电路设计和对其危害的预防有重要意义。 In this paper,the spike signal and its hazard,as well as the type and important index of the digital storage oscilloscope for measuring the spike signal are explained and described.The basic requirements of the digital storage oscilloscope with accurate measurement of spike signal are verified by the comparison experiment,and the testing steps and methods are given.The experiment also shows that it is important to accurately measure the spike signal for the circuit design and the prevention of the damage.
