3D打印技术联合CBL教学模式在骨科临床教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究3D打印技术联合CBL的教学模式在骨科临床教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年7月之间在我院骨科参加临床实习的本科学员60例,采取随机数表法将学员随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。研究组采用3D打印技术结合CBL的教学模式进行临床教学,对照组采用传统教学法。完成临床教学内容后,对所有学员进行统一的考核测试和问卷调查,对比两种教学方法在理论知识测试成绩、操作测试成绩以及教学效果评价方面的差异。结果:所有学员均按预期完成临床学习、测试以及问卷调查,研究组理论考核成绩为87.13±5.09,显著高于对照组(72.88±2.90,p<0.05);研究组临床技能考核成绩为87.88±6.13,显著高于对照组(78.63±7.93,p=0.021),对回收的调查问卷进行分析,结果显示研究组学员在学习兴趣、知识掌握度、思维创新能力、教学满意度方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术联合CBL的教学模式能够显著提高学生的理论知识成绩和临床技能考核成绩,提高学生的学习兴趣和思维能力,获得更高的教学满意度。 Objective:To explore the application value of 3D printing technology combined with CBL teaching mode in orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods:Sixty undergraduate students who participated in clinical practice in orthopedics department of our hospital from February 2018 to July 2020 were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group applied 3D printing technology combined with CBL teaching mode for clinical teaching,while the control group applied the traditional teaching method.After the completion of clinical teaching,all the students were tested with unified assessment and questionnaire survey,and the differences in theoretical knowledge test scores,clinical skills scores and teaching effect evaluation of the two teaching methods were compared.Results:all the students completed the clinical study,test and questionnaire survey as expected.The theoretical examination score of the research group was 87.13±5.09,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.88±2.90,P<0.05);the clinical skill examination score of the research group was 87.88±6.13,which was significantl y higher than that of the control group(78.63±7.93),The results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in learning interest,knowledge mastery,thinking innovation ability and teaching satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the teaching mode of 3D printing technology combined with CBL can significantly improve the students'scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills examination,improve their learning interest and thinking ability,and obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
