摘要
由于终端智能运维验收设备网损率较高,导致电网继电保护系统验收精度较低,对此,研究一种电网继电保护系统终端智能运维验收设备验收方法。基于DS证据理论的多源信息融合方法,去除电网继电保护系统保护下的电网运行冗余数据,获取有效电网运行风险数据;应用风险数据评估继电保护风险度,验收电网继电保护系统的继电保护效果。使用针对电网稳定性的测试系统RTS-79,测试该方法验收有效性与应用性能,结果表明:该方法对电网继电保护系统保护效果的验收精度极高,且电网运行的网损率得以降低,验收耗时控制在60s左右,降低幅度较大,该方法可优化电网继电保护系统终端智能运维验收设备的验收精度与验收效率。
Due to the high network loss rate of terminal intelligent operation and maintenance acceptance equipment,the acceptance accuracy of power grid relay protection system is low.In this paper,a method of terminal intelligent operation and maintenance acceptance equipment acceptance of power grid relay protection system is studied.The multi-source information fusion method based on DS evidence theory can remove the redundant data of power grid operation under the protection of power grid relay protection system,and obtain the effective power grid operation risk data;the risk data to evaluate the relay protection risk degree is used,and the relay protection effect of the power grid relay protection system is checked and accepted.Rts-79,a test system for power grid stability,is used to test the acceptance effectiveness and application performance of the method.The results show that the acceptance accuracy of the method for the protection effect of the power grid relay protection system is extremely high,and the network loss rate of the power grid operation is reduced,and the acceptance time is controlled within 60 seconds,with a large reduction range.This method can optimize the intelligent operation and maintenance acceptance of power grid relay protection system terminal Acceptance accuracy and efficiency of equipment.
