PDCA循环管理在血液净化中心护理管理中的运用

Application of PDCA Circulation Management in Nursing Management of Blood Purification Center

目的分析PDCA循环管理在血液净化中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法该次研究自2018年9月—2019年9月选取血液净化中心护理人员16名进行研究分析,分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取常规管理,实验组采取PDCA循环管理,对比两组护理管理水平及护理满意度。结果实验组护理人员采取PDCA循环管理后,护理满意度明显提升,相比对照组差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。评估两组护理人员的护理管理质量,实验组文件书写、健康宣教、操作技术、应急能力等方面的评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理人员采取PDCA循环管理后,负责的患者出现1例导管感染、1例内瘘闭塞,对照组护理人员采取常规管理,所负责的患者发生3例高血钾、4例导管感染、6例内瘘闭塞,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血液净化中心的护理人员实施PDCA循环管理后,不仅能够提高患者对护理人员护理的满意度,也能提高临床护理的整体水平和质量,也有利于降低护理后并发症发生率,保证患者血液透析治疗护理管理的安全性,促进患者预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA circulation management in the nursing management of blood purification center.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,16 nursing staff from the blood purification center were selected for research and analysis in this study.They were divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was under routine management,and the experimental group was under PDCA cycle management,compared the nursing management level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After the experimental group nurses adopted PDCA cycle management,the nursing satisfaction was significantly improved.Compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).The nursing management quality of the two groups of nursing staff was evaluated.The experimental group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of document writing,health education,operation skills,and emergency response ability,and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).After the nursing staff in the experimental group took PDCA cycle management,the responsible patient had 1 case of catheter infection and 1 case of internal fistula occlusion.The control group took routine management.The responsible patient had 3 cases of hyperkalemia,4 cases of catheter infection,6 cases of internal fistula occlusion,and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management for nursing staff in blood purification centers can not only improve patients'satisfaction with nursing staff's nursing,but also improve the overall level and quality of clinical nursing,and also help reduce the incidence of complications after nursing,and ensure the safety of patient hemodialysis treatment and nursing management,which can promote the prognosis of patients.
