摘要
目的探讨检验科实习生带教中传统教学结合具体案例教学模式的探索与应用。方法随机选取该院在2014—2019年的检验科实习生共40名作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各20名。对照组给予传统教学,研究组给予传统教学结合具体案例教学模式,比较两组研究对象对教学方法的评价和相关成绩。结果研究组显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传统教学结合具体案例教学模式在检验科实习生带教中具有积极作用,可以显著提高学生们的专业知识。
Objective To explore the exploration and application of traditional teaching combined with specific case teaching mode in clinical interns teaching.Methods A total of 40 clinical laboratory interns in the hospital from 2014 to 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group with 20 interns in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching and the study group was given traditional teaching combined with specific case teaching mode,compared the evaluations of two group of reseach objects on teaching methods.Results The evaluation of teaching methoda of the study group was significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the results of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional teaching combined with specific case teaching mode has a positive effect in the teaching of clinical laboratory interns,which can significantly improve the students'professional knowledge.
