医院感染管理工作对突发公共卫生事件的影响评估

Evaluation of the Impact of Hospital Infection Management on Public Health Emergencies

目的探讨医院感染管理工作对突发公共卫生事件的影响。方法对市县级医院进行调查,采用随机调查法,随机抽取12所医院进行调查,并客观评价医院感染管理工作对突发公共卫生事件的影响。结果该次调查中,配备管理专职及兼职医院数分别为4、8所,所有医院均配备网络直报设备,从疫情报告模式来看,下科收集与临床上报分别为9、3所,所有医院均制定应急预案,从建立项检分诊处数量来看,规范为9所,欠规范为3所,从医疗废物处理来看,建立规模废弃物暂存间与暂存间不规范分别为9、3所,随机调查医院感染的管理人员27人,对感染知识知晓的为21人,概率为77.78%。结论该市医院感染管理对突发公共卫生事件具有一定的积极作用,但是不同医院的职能方面也存在较大差异,因此要进一步完善医院的感染管理工作,并加强管理。

Objective To explore the impact of nosocomial infection management on public health emergencies.Methods A survey was conducted on the city and county-level hospitals in the hospital,using the random survey method to randomly select 12 hospitals for investigation,and objectively evaluate the impact of hospital infection management on public health emergencies.Results In this survey,the number of full-time and part-time hospitals equipped with management was 4 and 8 respectively.All hospitals were equipped with direct network reporting equipment.From the perspective of the epidemic reporting model,the number of sub-divisional collection and clinical reporting was 9 and 3 respectively.All hospitals have formulated emergency plans.From the perspective of the number of subdivisions for item inspection,there were 9 standardized and 3 under-standardized.From the perspective of medical waste treatment,the establishment of large-scale waste temporary storage rooms and irregular temporary storage rooms were respectively 9,3,random investigation of 27 hospital infections maanagers,21 peple were aware of infection knowledge,the probability was 77.78%.Conclusion Hospital infection management in the city has a certain positive effect on public health emergencies,but the functions of different hospitals are also quite different.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve hospital infection management and strengthen management.
