基层中医科技工作者健康状况和工作满意度现状及其对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Health Status and Job Satisfaction of Basic-level Traditional Chinese Medicine Worker

随着医药卫生体制改革的深化,大力推进中医药事业的发展已提上重要议程。然而,从目前我国基层医疗机构的中医科技人才分布情况来看,人力资源不足问题突出,且出现中医科技工作者健康状况差、工作满意度不高的现象。因此,探讨改善基层中医科技工作者健康状况、提高工作满意度的有效对策势在必行。该文以重庆市渝北区为例,分析中医科技工作者健康状况和工作满意度现状,并提出了相应的改进对策。

With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,vigorously promoting the development of Chinese medicine has been put on an important agenda.However,judging from the current distribution of Chinese medicine science and technology talents in primary medical institutions in our country,the problem of insufficient human resources is prominent,and there are phenomena of poor health and low job satisfaction among Chinese medicine science and technology workers.Therefore,it is imperative to explore effective countermeasures to improve the health status of grassroots TCM workers and increase job satisfaction.This article takes Yubei District of Chongqing as an example to analyze the health status and job satisfaction status of traditional Chinese medicine workers,and propose corresponding improvement measures.
