静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)是医院管理创新的一项重要举措,如何保证安全用药,降低差错率,是PIVAS工作的重心。条码技术的应用可以显著提高静脉配置的工作效率并减少差错,近年来各大医院静脉药物配置中心逐渐引入条码技术。该文对条码技术在医院PIVAS关键流程及环节中的应用进行分析研究,并对一维码和二维码进行比较,提出二维码替代一维码的可行性及重要性。通过总结实践证明:将二维码技术应用在PIVAS关键流程及环节中,能够有效降低人力成本及工作量,并提高输液质量安全,实现在医院内部的价值最大化。

Intravenous Drug Allocation Center(PIVAS)is an important measure of hospital management innovation.How to ensure the safe use of drugs and reduce the error rate is the focus of PIVAS.The application of barcode technology can significantly improve the efficiency of intravenous configuration and reduce errors.In recent years,intravenous drug configuration centers in major hospitals have gradually introduced barcode technology.The paper analyzes and studies the application of barcode technology in the key processes and links of PIVAS in hospitals,compares one-dimensional codes and two-dimensional codes,and proposes the feasibility and importance of two-dimensional codes instead of one-dimensional codes.Practice has proved that the application of QR code technology in the key processes and links of PIVAS can effectively reduce labor costs and workload,improve the quality and safety of infusion,and maximize the value within the hospital.
