基于“整合医学”背景的纵向整合式见习对心血管内科见习生考核成绩的影响

The Effect of Longitudinally Integrated Trainees Based on the Background of"Integrated Medicine"on the Assessment Results of Cardiovascular Trainees

目的基于“整合医学”背景的纵向整合式见习,对于心血管内科见习生考核成绩的影响。方法选择2016级临床医学系学生188名,随机分成对照组(传统教学见习带教)和观察组(纵向整合式见习模式带教),各94名。对比两组见习效果。结果同对照组(75.46±5.12)分相比,观察组(89.74±5.29)分学习效果评分高,差异有统计学意义(t=18.806,P<0.001)。同对照组相比,观察组的教学效果评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同对照组89.36%(84/94)相比,观察组96.81%(91/94)教学满意度高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.049,P=0.044)。结论应用整合医学背景下纵向整合式见习模式,可显著提高心血管内科见习效果,值得推荐。

Objective The effect of longitudinally integrated trainees based on the background of"integrated medicine"on the assessment results of cardiovascular trainees.Methods A total of 188 students from the Department of Clinical Medicine of 2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(traditional teaching and internship)and an observation group(longitudinal integration and internship model),with 94 cases in each.Compare the effects of the two groups of internships.Results Compared with the control group(75.46±5.12)points,the observation group(89.74±5.29)points had a higher learning effect score,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.806,P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the observation group's teaching effect score was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 89.36%(84/94)of the control group,the observation group 96.81%(91/94)had higher teaching satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.049,P=0.044).Conclusion The application of the vertically integrated probation model under the background of integrated medicine can significantly improve the probation effect of cardiovascular medicine and is worth recommending.
