基于案例为核心(CBL)的教学法结合文献汇报(LR)在骨科规范化培训中的应用效果

The Application Effect of the Teaching Method Based on the Case as the Core(CBL)Combined with the Literature Report(LR)in the Standardized Training of Orthopedics

目的研究基于案例为核心(CBL)教学法结合文献汇报(LR)在骨科规范化培训中的教学效果。方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月在该院骨科轮转的44名培训学员作为研究对象,依据简单随机化法将其分为两组,即观察组和对照组,各22例。对照组采用CBL教学法,观察组在对照组基础上结合LR,比较两组笔试成绩的优良率、面试考核情况以及两组对教学法的满意度。结果观察组的笔试成绩的优良率为90.91%高于对照组的63.64%;观察组面试考试各项评分均高于对照组;观察组对教学的满意率为95.45%高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科规范化培训中心采用CBL教学法联合LR,可有效提高学员理论知识水平,培养其思维能力,锻炼其语言表达水平,有助于提升教学满意度。

Objective To study the teaching effect of the case-based(CBL)teaching method combined with the literature report(LR)in the standardized training of orthopedics.Methods A total of 44 trainees from December 2017 to December 2019 in the Orthopedics Department of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the simple randomization method,namely the observation group and the control group,with 22 cases each.The control group adopted CBL teaching method,and the observation group combined LR on the basis of the control group to compare the good and good rate of written test scores,interview assessment and the satisfaction of the two groups with the teaching method.Results The excellent and good rate of the written test scores of the observation group was 90.91%higher than that of the control group 63.64%;the scores of the interview test of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the satisfaction rate of the observation group for teaching was 95.45%higher than that of the control group 72.73%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CBL teaching method combined with LR in the standardized training center of orthopedics can effectively improve the students'theoretical knowledge level,cultivate their thinking ability,exercise their language expression level,and help improve teaching satisfaction.
