临床路径结合PBL教学模式在外科护理带教中的应用及对护士综合素质的提升探讨 被引量:1

Application of Clinical Path Combined with PBL Teaching Model in Surgical Nursing Teaching and Discussion on the Improvement of Nurses'Comprehensive Quality

摘要 目的探究临床路径结合PBL教学模式在外科护理带教中的应用及对护士综合素质的提升效果。方法2018年2月—2020年2月,将该院外科接收的实习护生58名进行研究,将护生按照其姓氏拼音首字母先后顺序编号,随机分对照组和试验组,每组29名,前者应用传统带教模式,按照考试大纲要求,以教师讲授为主,后者应用临床路径结合PBL教学模式,成立带教小组,结合护生实际情况,了解科室具体状况,确定典型案例,基于具体问题开展带教工作,比较两组护生出科成绩、护理带教满意度。结果试验组理论成绩、实操成绩、案例分析成绩、综合素质评估成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理带教满意度为96.55%,高于对照组72.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05);试验组学习态度评分、学习能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理带教中,临床路径结合PBL教学模式能够强化护生理论知识储备,提高实操技能,提升实习护生综合素质,应用价值更高,值得推荐。 Objective To explore the application of clinical path combined with PBL teaching model in surgical nursing teaching and the effect of improving the comprehensive quality of nurses.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,a study was conducted on 58 interns of nursing students received from the surgery department of the hospital.Nursing students were numbered according to the initials of their surnames in alphabetical order and randomly divided into control and experimental groups,each with 29 cases,the former used the traditional teaching model,according to the requirements of the examination syllabus,and mainly taught by teachers.The latter used clinical pathways combined with the PBL teaching model to establish a teaching team,combined with the actual situation of nursing students,understand the specific situation of the department,and determine typical cases.Carry out teaching work based on specific problems,and compare the two groups of nursing students'grades and satisfaction with nursing teaching.Results The theoretical scores,practical performances,case analysis scores,and comprehensive quality evaluation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing teaching satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 96.55%,which was higher than 72.41%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05);the scores of learning attitude and learning ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In surgical nursing teaching,the combination of clinical pathway and PBL teaching mode can strengthen the theoretical knowledge reserve of nursing students,improve practical skills,and improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students in practice.It has higher application value and is worth recommending.
