六顶思考帽联合能力进阶模式在B超室护理人员培训中应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of the Advanced Model of Six Thinking Hats Combined Ability in the Training of Nursing Staff in B-ultrasound Room

目的探究B超室工作人员培训中应用六顶思考帽联合能力进阶模式培训的效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月该院在B超室工作的护理人员46名作为研究对象,将其按照数字分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组23名。对照组实施常规护理培训,观察组实施六顶思考帽联合能力进阶模式培训模式,对比两组护理人员专业知识评分、实践能力评分、整体评价评分及各项工作能力评分。结果观察组护理人员专业知识评分、实践能力评分及整体评价评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员沟通能力、处置能力、管理能力、职业心理素质等显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在B超室护理人员培训中应用六顶思考帽联合能力进阶模式取得显著培训效果,提高护理人员专业知识和技术,并提高对各项工作的协调能力。

Objective To explore the effect of applying the six thinking hats advanced mode training in the training of B-ultrasound room staff.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,46 nursing staff working in the B-ultrasound room in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number grouping method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing training,and the observation group carried out the six thinking hats joint ability advanced mode training mode.The professional knowledge scores,practical ability scores,overall evaluation scores and various work ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's nursing staff's professional knowledge score,practical ability score and overall evaluation score were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing staff's communication ability,handling ability,managemement ability,and professional psychological quality were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of six thinking hats combined ability advanced mode in the training of nursing staff in B-ultrasound room has achieved significant training effects,improving the professional knowledge and skills of nursing staff,and improving the coordination ability of various tasks.
