摘要
该研究阐述了导师制对新职工树立职业精神、构建临床思维、强化学术交流合作的影响。鉴于导师制在具体实施过程中存在新职工培养定位理解有偏差,培训过程管控不到位,结业考评制度待完善等情况,拟从培养目标定位、培训过程督导及结业考评制度等方面进一步优化导师制的杠杆作用,以期新职工成为具有卓越的职业素养、专业的职业技能、优质的服务态度、必备的法律知识、良好的情绪管理和出色的沟通技巧能力的“六有”青年人才,以更好地适应新时代医院人才培养之所需。
This study illustrates the influence of the tutorial system on the establishment of professionalism,construction of clinical thinking,and strengthening of academic exchanges and cooperation among new employees.In view of the fact that there are deviations in the understanding of the training orientation of new employees during the specific implementation process of the mentor system,the training process is not in place,and the completion evaluation system needs to be improved,it is planned to further optimize the mentor system in terms of training target positioning,training process supervision and completion evaluation system,etc.The leverage of the new employees is expected to become the"six haves"young talents with excellent professionalism,professional vocational skills,high-quality service attitude,necessary legal knowledge,good emotional management and excellent communication skills,well adapted to the needs of hospital personnel training in the new era.
