长沙卫生职业学院2019届眼视光专业毕业生就业状况分析及思考

Analysis and Reflections on the Employment Status of 2019 Graduates of Changsha Health Vocational College of Ophthalmology

通过对2019届眼视光技术专业毕业生的性别、年龄、户籍地进行分析,掌握学生的生源地分布情况;对学生实习分配情况进行统计分析,了解各实习单位构成比;分析学生的就业数据,掌握学生就业的地域和单位分布情况。综合对比发现学生以湖南生源为主,长沙本地生源最多,学生实习分配长沙地区实习单位最多,就业首选长沙就业,对口就业。

Through the analysis of the gender,age,and household registration of the 2019 graduates of Optometry Technology,we can grasp the distribution of students'origin;carry out statistical analysis of the distribution of students internships to understand the composition ratio of each internship unit;analyze students employment data,grasp the geographical and unit distribution of student employment.A comprehensive comparison found that the students were mainly from Hunan,Changsha had the most local students,the student internship was assigned the most internship units in Changsha,and the first choice for employment was Changsha employment and counterpart employment.
