摘要
根据中山大学附属第六医院医疗综合大楼后勤机电设备的运行管理实践经验,从制度建设、职责分工、设备维护、专业合作、应急预案和信息记录等方面阐述大型医院后勤机电设备运行管理的主要流程和模式。总结大型医院后勤机电设备的运行管理经验,提出大型医院后勤机电设备运行管理中的实践及举措,为医院后勤机电设备管理运用提供现实参考。根据中山大学附属第六医院医疗综合大楼后勤机电设备的运行管理实践,总结医院后勤机电设备的运行管理经验,构建大型医院后勤机电设备运行管理模式,为医院后勤机电设备管理提供现实参考性。
Based on the practical experience in the operation and management of the logistics electromechanical equipment of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University,the main process and mode of the operation and management of the logistics electromechanical equipment of large hospitals are explained from the aspects of system construction,division of responsibilities,equipment maintenance,professional cooperation,emergency plans and information records.Summarize the operation and management experience of logistic mechanical and electrical equipment in large hospitals,put forward the practice and measures in the operation and management of logistic mechanical and electrical equipment in large hospitals,and provide a realistic reference for the management and application of logistics mechanical and electrical equipment in hospitals.According to the operation management practice of the logistics electromechanical equipment of the Medical Complex Building of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,summarize the operation management experience of the hospital logistics electromechanical equipment,build a large-scale hospital logistics electromechanical equipment operation management mode,and provide realistic reference for the hospital logistics electromechanical equipment management.
