摘要
目的探讨PBL及CBL联合教学法在本科护生产科临床护理教学中的应用。方法采取类实验研究设计,选取2018年6月—2019年6月在该院产科实习的护生124名为研究对象。按入科先后时间分为对照组60名和实验组64名,对照组接受传统教学模式带教,实验组接受PBL和CBL联合式教学法带教,比较两组学生的临床实践成绩及理论成绩。结果实验组学生理论成绩(89.7±5.4)分,操作成绩(95.4±6.1)分,对照组学生理论成绩(87.1±3.3)分,操作成绩(89.7±5.4)分,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.209、4.425,P<0.05)。结论PBL和CBL联合式教学法带教可有效提高实习护生的临床实践成绩及理论成绩。
Objective To explore the application of PBL and CBL combined teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of undergraduate nursing and production department.Methods A quasi-experimental research design was adopted,and 124 nursing students who were internships in the obstetrics department of the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into a control group of 60 students and an experimental group of 64 students.The control group received traditional teaching mode and the experimental group received PBL and CBL combined teaching methods.The clinical practice and theoretical results of the two groups of students were compared.Results The experimental group students had theoretical scores(89.7±5.4)points,operating scores(95.4±6.1)points,and the control group students theoretical scores(87.1±3.3)points,operating scores(89.7±5.4)points.There difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.209,4.425,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching method of PBL and CBL can effectively improve the clinical practice and theoretical performance of interns.
