摘要
目的分析共情培训对医院运送工人共情能力的影响以及对工作倦怠感的影响。方法选择该院2020年1—3月运送工人50名,对其进行共情培训,培训前后均使用中文版杰弗逊共情量表(the jefferson scale of empathy health professionals,JSE-HP)进行共情能力评估,并使用Maslach工作倦怠量表(maslach burnout inventory,MBI)进行运送工作工作倦怠感的评估。比较培训前后运送工人的共情能力及职业倦怠感。结果通过共情培训后,运送工人的共情能力包括心理认知、情感照护、行为帮助较培训前均有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运送工人职业倦怠感与培训前比较降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论共情培训可以提高运送工人的共情水平以及降低运送工人工作的职业倦怠感。
Objective To analyze the impact of empathy training on empathy and job burnout of hospital transport workers.Methods 50 transport workers who worked in the hospital from January to March 2020 were selected for empathy training.The Chinese version of the Jefferson Scale of Empathy Health Professionals(JSE-HP)was used before and after the training,to carry out empathy assessment,and use Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)to assess job burnout in transportation.Compared the empathy ability and job burnout of transport workers before and after training.Results After the empathy training,the empathy abilities of transport workers,including psychological cognition,emotional care,and behavioral assistance,were improved compared to before the training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The job burnout of transport workers was lower than that before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy training can improve the empathy level of transport workers and reduce their job burnout.
