手机APP在妇科PICC置管患者健康教育中的应用

Application of Mobile Phone APP in Health Education for Patients with PICC in Gynecology

目的探讨手机APP对妇科经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)患者健康教育效果的影响。方法于2019年1—6月将妇科92例行PICC置管的患者分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46),对照组采用PICC传统健康教育模式,观察组采用“317护”手机APP实施健康教育模式。对比两组患者的PICC健康教育知晓率及导管相关并发症发生情况。结果观察组PICC健康教育知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),导管相关并发症发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PICC置管患者使用移动APP实施健康教育,有利于提高患者健康教育知晓率,降低导管相关并发症的发生风险,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of mobile phone APP on the effect of health education for gynecological patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC).Methods 92 gynecological patients who underwent PICC intubation from January to June 2019 were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46).The control group adopted the traditional PICC health education model,and the observation group adopted the"317 nursing"mobile phone APP to implement the health education model.The PICC health education awareness rate and the occurrence of catheter-related complications of the two groups were compared.Results The PICC health education awareness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisitically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of catheter-related complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisitically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mobile APP to implement health education for patients with PICC catheterization is beneficial to improve the awareness rate of patient health education,reduce the risk of catheter-related complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
