普外科护理带教中融合品管圈的价值分析与评估

Analysis and Evaluation of the Value of Integrating Quality Control Circle in General Surgery Nursing Teaching

目的分析与评估在普外科护理带教中融合品管圈的价值。方法通过自愿招募的方式选择2018年6月—2019年6月普外科的100名学生作为主要研究对象,按照随机分组的方法将100名学生分为两组。将接受传统护理带教模式的50名学生作为对照组,将接受传统护理带教模式融合品管圈模式的学生作为实验组。对两组学生在接受不同带教模式后的考核结果进行分析。结果对两组学生的各项成绩进行评估发现,实验组学生在理论知识、操作能力和综合考察3个方面上考核评分皆高于对照组,实验组学习效果较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当对普外科护理带教中,可以选择品管圈教学法,能够有效提高带教的整体质量,并且提升学生的综合能力。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the value of integrating quality control circles in general surgical nursing teaching.Methods 100 students of general surgery were selected as the main research objects through voluntary recruitment from June 2018 to June 2019,and 100 students were divided into two groups according to the method of random grouping.The 50 students who received the traditional nursing teaching mode were used as the control group,and the students who received the traditional nursing teaching mode combined with the quality control circle mode were used as the experimental group.Analysed of the assessment results of the two groups of students after receiving different teaching modes.Results The evaluation of the scores of the two groups of students found that the experimental group’s scores were higher than those of the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge,operational ability and comprehensive inspection.The experimental group’s learning effect was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching general surgical nursing,you can choose the quality control circle teaching method,which can effectively improve the overall quality of the teaching and enhance the comprehensive ability of students.
