梅州地区2型糖尿病患者血清超氧化物歧化酶水平及其影响因素的分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Serum Superoxide Dismutase Level and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes in Meizhou Area

摘要 目的测定梅州地区2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并分析其影响因素。方法方便选取2019年3—12月期间T2DM患者(T2DM组)212例和健康体检者(对照组)210名,测定血清SOD、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、葡萄糖(Glu)、胰岛素C肽(C-P)及胰岛素(Ins)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果T2DM组血清SOD水平显著低于对照组[208(186~234)U/mL vs 213(180~252)U/mL,差异有统计学意义(U=44.624,P<0.010);在T2DM组中,男性与女性的血清SOD水平[209(184~229)U/mL vs 206(186~252)U/mL],差异无统计学意义(t=1.529,P>0.05);T2DM组中,各年龄段血清SOD水平有显著性差异,且血清SOD水平与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.267,P<0.010);回归分析显示,血清SOD水平降低与HbA1c水平相关。结论T2DM患者的血清SOD水平较正常人低,且主要与年龄与HbA1c水平相关。 Objective To determine the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)level of patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)in Meizhou area and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 212 T2DM patients(T2DM group)and 210 healthy subjects(control group)were conveniently selected from March to December 2019 Serum SOD,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),glucose(Glu),insulin C peptide(CP)and insulin(Ins)level and perform statistical analysis.Results The serum SOD level of the T2DM group was significantly lower than that of the control group[208(186~234)U/mL vs 213(180~252)U/mL],the difference was statistically significant(U=44.624,P<0.010);in the T2D2 group,the serum SOD of men and women had no significant difference[209(184~229)U/mL vs 206(186~252)U/mL],the difference was statistically significant(U=1.529,P>0.05);in the T2DM group,there were significant differences in serum SOD levels in all age groups,and serum SOD level was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.267,P<0.010);regression analysis showed that the reduction of serum SOD level was correlated with HbA1c level.Conclusion The serum SOD level of T2DM patients is lower than that of normal people,and it is mainly related to age and HbA1c level.
