预成纤维桩用于口腔修复的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的分析探究预成纤维桩用于口腔修复中的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院于2017年5月—2019年5月期间收治的1286例(1286颗患牙)口腔修复患者为研究对象,按照随机及数字分组法将其分为可塑组(采用可塑纤维桩进行口腔修复)与预成组(采用预成纤维桩进行口腔修复),每组643例(643颗患牙)。观察两组患牙的纤维桩安装时间、修复成功率、患者的满意度及治疗后修复牙的牙周指数即:PLI(菌斑指数)、BI(出血指数)、PD(牙周探诊深度)和松动度并进行组间比较。结果预成组的纤维桩安装所用时间为(96.74±8.15)min明显短于可塑组的(125.38±10.67)min,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=54.089,P<0.05);预成组的修复成功率和总满意度分别为94.87%(610/643)、96.11%(618/643)均明显高于可塑组的70.92%(456/643)、72.01%(463/643),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=130.48、139.42,P<0.05);治疗前,两组松动度、BI、PD、PLI对比均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组松动度、BI、PD、PLI与治疗前相比均明显好转,且预成组松动度(0.39±0.12)mm、BI(0.52±0.16)、PD(2.08±0.26)mm、PLI(0.36±0.08)情况均优于可塑组的(0.66±0.23)mm、(1.39±0.35)、(3.74±0.68)mm、(1.15±0.33),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与可塑纤维桩相比,使用预成纤维桩进行口腔修复能够有效缩短纤维桩安装所需时间,对牙周指数有显著改善作用,修复效果显著,患者修复满意度较高,临床推广及应用价值较高。 Objective To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of preformed fiber post used in oral restoration.Methods 1286 patients(1286 teeth)who were admitted to the hospital during the period of May 2017 to May 2019 for oral restoration were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into plastic groups according to random and digital grouping methods(using plastic fiber posts for oral restoration)and preformed group(using preformed fiber posts for oral restoration),643 cases(643 affected teeth)in each group.Observed the fiber post installation time,restoration success rate,patient satisfaction and periodontal index of the restored teeth after treatment,namely:PLI(plaque index),BI(bleeding index),PD(periodontal probing depth)and looseness and compare between groups.Results The installation time of fiber posts in the preformed group was(96.74±8.15)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the plastic group(125.38±10.67)min.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=54.089,P<0.05);the repair success rate and total satisfaction rate of the preformed group were 94.87%(610/643)and 96.11%(618/643)respectively,which were significantly higher than the plastic group's 70.92%(456/643)and 72.01%(463/643),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=130.48,139.42,P<0.05);before treatment,the two groups had no significant difference in looseness,BI,PD,and PLI(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups'looseness,BI,PD,and PLI were significantly improved compared to before treatment,and pre-group looseness(0.39±0.12)mm,BI(0.52±0.16)mm,PD(2.08±0.26)mm,PLI(0.36±0.08)were better than those of the plastic group(0.66±0.23)mm,(1.39±0.35)mm,(3.74±0.68)mm,(1.15±0.33),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the plastic fiber post,the use of preformed fiber post for oral restoration can effectively shorten the time required for the installation of the fiber post,significantly improve the periodontal index,the restoration effect is significant,and the patient's satisfaction with the restoration is higher,with higher clinical promotion and application value.
