鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis with Nasal Polyps

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法便利选取该院2015年1月—2020年1月收治的慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者80例,以随机数字表法将患者分为两组,研究组采用开放手术治疗,对照组采用鼻内镜手术治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗疗效、术后3个月复发率、术前及术后3个月嗅觉功能评分与生活质量评分。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率97.50%,高于对照组80.00%,研究组术后3个月复发率2.56%,低于对照组21.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507、4.767,P<0.05);术前两组嗅觉功能评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月研究组嗅觉功能评分(6.82±0.50)分,高于对照组(5.50±0.48)分、生活质量评分(10.30±2.10)分,低于对照组(20.65±4.20)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.045、13.940,P<0.05)。结论临床治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉,采用鼻内镜手术治疗疗效显著,术后复发率低,也有利于提高患者术后生活质量,改善嗅觉功能,是具有较高应用价值的临床治疗手段。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods Convenient select a total of 80 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table.The study group was treated with open surgery and the control group was treated intranasally.The clinical treatment effect,3 months postoperative recurrence rate,olfactory function scores and quality of life scores before and 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group.The recurrence rate in the study group was 2.56%after 3 months,which was lower than 21.88%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,4.767,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of olfactory function and quality of life between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).Three months after operation,the score of olfactory function in the study group was(6.82±0.50)points,which was higher than the control group(5.50±0.48)points,and the quality of life score(10.30±2.10)points,but lower than the control group(20.65±4.20)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=12.045,13.940,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps,endoscopic sinus surgery is effective and has a low postoperative recurrence rate.It is also helpful to improve the quality of life of patients after surgery and improve the olfactory function.It is a clinical treatment method with high application value.
