腰椎间盘突出症患者采取温针灸治疗对患者疼痛症状的临床研究

Clinical Study of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Taking Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on the Pain Symptoms of Patients

目的研究腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)患者采取温针灸治疗对患者疼痛症状的作用。方法简单随机选取该院2018年6月—2019年12月收治的60例LIDP患者作为观察对象,随机数字表法将患者分为研究组、对照组各30例。对照组给予药物、腰椎牵引、中医推拿等常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予温针灸治疗。治疗2周,比较两组总有效率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、压痛阈值(PPT)、Oswe-stry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科协会腰椎疗效评估(JOA评分)变化情况。随访6个月,记录两组复发率。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(93.33%)、PPT值(6.7±1.3)、JOA评分(26.1±1.8)分均高于对照组(73.33%)、(5.3±1.0)、(20.1±1.9)分,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,t=4.675、12.556,P<0.05);研究组VAS评分(2.4±0.4)分、ODI评分(2.9±0.4)分、半年复发率(0.00%)均低于对照组(4.5±0.6)分、(4.2±0.7)分、(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(t=15.951、8.832,χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05)。结论温针灸具有平衡阴阳、温经通脉、行气止痛、活血祛瘀的功效,可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状,改善腰椎功能,复发率低,值得LIDP患者选用。

Objective To study the effect of warm acupuncture treatment on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDP)on pain symptoms.Methods Sixty patients with LIDP admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were random selected as observation objects,and the patients were divided into a study group and a control group with 30 cases each by a random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatments such as drugs,lumbar traction,and Chinese medicine massage.The study group was given warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate,visual simulation method(VAS)score,tenderness threshold(PPT),Oswe-stry dysfunction index(ODI),and the Japanese Orthopedic Association's lumbar spine efficacy evaluation(JOA score)were compared between the two groups.Follow up for 6 months and record the recurrence rate of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(93.33%),PPT value(6.7±1.3),JOA score(26.1±1.8)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group(73.33%),(5.3±1.0),(20.1±1.9)points,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,t=4.675,12.556,P<0.05);the study group’s VAS score(2.4±0.4)points,ODI score(2.9±0.4)points,half-year recurrence rate(0.00%)were lower than the control group(4.5±0.6)points,(4.2±0.7)points,(13.33%),the difference was statistically significant(t=15.951,8.832,χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needling moxibustion has the effects of balancing Yin and Yang,warming meridians,promoting blood circulation,relieving pain,and activating blood stasis.It can effectively relieve pain symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve lumbar function,and has a low recurrence rate.It is worthy of choice for patients with LIDP.
