下颌阻生齿拔除患者护理中整体护理模式的应用研究

Study on the Application of Holistic Nursing Model in the Nursing of Patients with Mandibular Impacted Tooth Extraction

目的探讨整体护理在下颌阻生齿拔除中的作用。方法方便选取该院口腔科2016年12月—2019年12月间收治的68例下颌阻生齿拔除患者为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序分组。对照组和观察组各为34例。前者按照常规流程护理,予以后者整体护理,比较两组手术效果、满意程度、心理状态、疼痛感和并发症。结果观察组手术时间和牙齿功能恢复时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意程度高于对照组,出现并发症的概率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前心理状态和疼痛感差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后SAS、SDS和VAS评分分别为(52.54±1.21)分、(54.76±2.35)分和(2.15±0.42)分,同对照组(59.42±1.36)分、(61.54±2.27)分、(4.32±0.64)分相比,差异有统计学意义(t=22.038、12.100、16.529,P<0.05)。结论整体护理可提高下颌阻生齿拔除术治疗效果,促进患者满意度的提升,对患者负面情绪和疼痛感有明显的缓解作用,防范并发症效果明显,推广应用价值高。

Objective To explore the role of holistic nursing in the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth.Methods A total of 68 patients with impacted mandibular teeth removed from the department of stomatology of the hospital between December 2016 and December 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and the patients were grouped according to the order in which they were admitted.There were 34 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group.The former was taken care of according to the routine procedures,and the latter was given overall care.The surgical effects,satisfaction,psychological state,pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and dental function recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group.The data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was more satisfied than the control group,and the probability of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state and pain perception between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the observation group after nursing were(52.54±1.21)points,(54.76±2.35)points and(2.15±0.42)points,compared with the control group data(59.42±1.36)points,(61.54±2.27)points,(4.32±0.64)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.038,12.100,16.529,P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can improve the treatment effect of mandibular impacted tooth extraction,promote the improvement of patient satisfaction,and have obvious relieving effect on patients'negative emotions and pain.It has obvious effect on preventing complications and has high promotion and application value.
