Liver cirrhosis is a chronic and long-lasting liver injury disease, which is characterized by the inability of the liver to function normally. In our country, liver cirrhosis is mainly caused by viral hepatitis. The probability of chronic hepatitis B developing into cirrhosis is 2%-10%.In patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis, about 60%of them have virus replication. The patient has always had a high level of virus replication, which will cause the disease to continue to deteriorate and even develop into liver cancer. Therefore, when treating patients with liver cirrhosis, the first thing to consider is antiviral treatment.Interferon or nucleoside drugs are used for treatment, which can not only inhibit HBV replication, but also improve the liver function of patients and reverse fibrosis. To treat patients with liver cirrhosis,we must first understand the cause of the patient, and then perform targeted treatment.According to the actual situation of the patient, choose traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine or a combination of Chinese and Western medicine. The article focuses on the research on the progress of the treatment of patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and specifically analyzes the methods of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, western medicine treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis, and provides references for related hospitals.
