穴位贴敷联合TDP治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰浊壅肺型60例的疗效观察

Observation of the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with TDP on 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察中药穴位贴敷联合TDP治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例AECOPD患者按住院先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,两组均予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组上采用中药穴位贴敷联合TDP治疗,治疗14 d后观察两组患者证候改善情况、肺功能测定、生活质量评分。结果:两组AECOPD患者在治疗后证候积分、肺功能测定、生活质量评分,均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合TDP治疗能有效缓解AECOPD患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

objective:It's to observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TDP in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:120 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TDP on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Results:After treatment,the syndrome score,lung function measurement and quality of life score of AECOPD patients in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TDP therapy can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of AECOPD patients,promote the lung function,improve quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
