慢性再生障碍性贫血患者护理中中医膳食护理的应用价值

The application value of Chinese medicine dietary nursing in nursing of patients with chronic aplastic anemia

目的:探讨慢性再生障碍性贫血患者护理中中医膳食护理的应用价值。方法:将2019年1月-2020年1月在中山市人民医院血液科治疗的90例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,在此基础上观察组使用中医膳食护理,对比两组的营养摄入量、并发症发生率、血常规指标变化。结果:观察组护理后蛋白质、能量的营养摄入量明显高于对照组,而碳水化合物、脂肪摄入量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组鼻出血、齿衄、感染等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性再生障碍性贫血患者护理中中医膳食护理的应用价值显著,有效提高了营养摄入量,改善了机体营养状态,降低并发症发生率,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:It is to explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine dietary nursing in nursing of patients with chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:90 patients with chronic aplastic anemia treated in the Department of Hematology of Zhongshan People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine dietary nursing.Results:The nutritional intakes of protein and energy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the intakes of carbohydrate and fat were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nosebleed,epistaxis,infection and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,hemoglobin,platelets and leukocytes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of traditional Chinese dietary nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic aplastic anemia is significant,which can effectively improve the nutritional intake,promote the nutritional status of the body,reduce the incidence of complications,and has positive clinical significance.
